The operating change

Keep every customer experience flexible without rebuilding the product story by hand.

Cellairis operates a large franchise network with retail, wholesale and franchised selling strategies. The customer-facing experience needed to stay highly specific while the underlying product and financial data remained connected.

01BEFORE

Every custom catalog created another manual deployment cycle.

Layouts, product assignments, customer prices, orders and payments had to be coordinated across separate storefront and back-office steps.

02NICKLONE

One reusable workflow connected the catalog to the operating record.

NicklOne organized the customer-specific experience while preserving the NetSuite connection and the realities of multiple Shopify stores.

03RESULT

Custom catalog deployments moved from days to minutes.

The team could respond sooner without turning each downstream customer request into another storefront implementation.

The operating context

Customer-specific selling had outgrown a storefront-by-storefront process.

Cellairis needed to deploy custom-domain web catalogs for downstream buyers. Each experience could require a distinct presentation, approved assortment and price structure. NetSuite and SuiteCommerce remained part of the operating environment, while multiple Shopify stores supported different retail, wholesale and franchise strategies.

That combination created work between the systems. A new catalog could require a layout to be recreated, products to be assigned individually, products or bundles to be repriced and orders or payments to be recorded back in NetSuite.

Where the process slowed

A customer request could take weeks to become a live buying experience.

  • Separate solutions supported different catalogs and selling strategies.
  • Product and inventory records risked duplication as storefronts multiplied.
  • Teams had limited visibility into the status of a new catalog deployment.
  • Orders and payments created another manual handoff into the ERP.

The NicklOne workflow

Design once, select the right products and pricing, then keep NetSuite connected.

NicklOne and Cellairis established a connected channel-management workflow with a NetSuite connector. The team could reuse a storefront design, choose the approved product list, apply the appropriate customer pricing and publish the branded experience without starting over.

The connector preserved the flow of operational information between the platforms and supported a crawl–walk–run transition for internal teams. The goal was not to force a disruptive replacement, but to simplify the work between the commerce experience and the system of record.

The business impact

Faster catalog deployment shortened the distance between a customer request and revenue.

Cellairis can use the connected workflow to deploy customer-specific catalogs in minutes rather than days. That lets the team answer downstream requests sooner, spend less time maintaining duplicate storefront work and move a new buying experience toward revenue with fewer manual steps.

What comes next

The same foundation can support a broader retail and franchise operating picture.

The previously published story identified retail, point-of-sale and multi-entity franchise workflows as the next areas of potential expansion. Those future opportunities are distinct from the catalog-deployment result documented here.
